I call Mr. xxxx TECQ Water Master in regards to new water release requested by xxxx effective at 1200 hours on Saturday February 13, 2021 and approved and confirm an (INCREASE) of water releases as follow below. This emergency water release (INCREASE) will be release through the US Power Plant generators only. Mexico agree for US to have there share of generation until Wednesday 17,2021.

We are in such a level of chaos here now due to power outages and water issues it will be unlikely that I will be getting off. My guess is it would be the same for a lot of folks and turnout would suck.
