made egg rolls out of a pig back strap. slow cooker pulled pork recipe for the meat and a traditional egg roll recipe for about 1/2 of them and added meat to left over taco soup that the wife made. she had turkey in it, but i added some of the pork to make southwest rolls. i'll be sick of egg rolls soon. Used to be a place back in the 80s close to Downtown Dallas on Ross called Sonny's Egg Roll, she made the best I ever had. Wish I had her and Johns recipe.

finally had enough and threw away the last 5 or 6 today, but they were good. my hollow legged 6' 3" grandson ate 8 of em. said i'd have to bring some to the camp for snacks. guess i'm obligated now.

Next time freeze the left overs and then cook them in the air fryer, they are amazing when re-heated in the air fryer. They turn out crisp to perfection.
