Looks like this week of freezing temps could make that look a little different. What are temps on the upper end going to look like?

I have always thought Palestine was one of the best cold weather lakes in Texas. I imagine they will still catch 'em.

I have always thought Palestine was one of the best cold weather lakes in Texas. I imagine they will still catch 'em. To a certain point. Then the entire lake shuts down. If it doesn't warm up by the end of the practice days it could be bad.

Air temps from mid 50's - mid 60's and only 1 night in the upper 30's.
They will be back to doing what Palestine fish do in February, eating...

I think they will struggle for numbers. Should fish more like a 5 fish tourney.

First time I ever fished Palestine it was 20 degrees and sleeting. Caught 2 over 6 dragging a jig. The big girls will bite but the numbers might be down.
