The cows will be fine. Mine get down in thick bottom areas and hunker down.
Only problem is water. Creek and pond already started freezing and if this last as long as they are predicting I’ll be cutting ice so they can drink.

Water is the biggest issue, round bales are hard to unwrap when the wrap gets frozen but not impossible, live stock will be fine,my electric bill is gonna be crazy from heating the chicken house though.

We have Dorper sheep. They love it. I feed 20% pellets in times like this.

Do not own any livestock but have friends who do. Like has already been said. Plenty of feed and water (not frozen). thumb

Felt bad for this one yesterday, near Choctaw Nation.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.

Mini cow is locked in shed with hay, heater, heat lamp, and a blanket. Chickens have heat lamp. I’m sure they’ll be fine..... I hope.

Our was $420 last month and we don’t have a chicken house. Fireplace for the living room and dining room, small electric heaters for the bathrooms and bedrooms. Window units and fans for the summer.

Gator is blanketed and stalled up. I think we are colder then him. Horses grow winter coats for a reason. Just because we’re cold doesn’t mean they are

I pile up wood all summer and light a bonfire when a cold snap hits. It's funny to see all the cows backing up around the fire to warm their rumps.
