They are biting out in the open water humps only at night ...... you better go get them before somebody beats you to it.
Jigs and minnows .... You know I wouldn't lie to you.
Bermuda shorts will be OK, but you may want to take a sweater.

There is nothing like iced up rod guides and frozen braid to facilitate sensitivity.

I have fished in below freezing temps before, but those days are over.
