Phil Robertson's brother Tommy was as fast as I've seen on a fillet knife. He wore a cut glove and started at the tail and cut to the gills and then cut the fillet off and cut skin from the fillet and cut the ribs out. He could keep up with me using an electric knife. Would get a little ahead but had to stop every 5-6 fish and sharpen the knife and I would get back even or ahead of him. He used a cane knife. I'll stick to the electric! Slew
