Well, that is a good thing. You ever been in the process of building something and had to call someone to help because you need a third hand. With that third arm you will be able to do it yourself.

well, dang, hadn't thought of that. maybe I should get the shots after all. roflmao

I'm getting the first shot this Saturday...the Moderna one. I am going to document all of the process and any after effects. I will be especially cognizant of any pain that might necessitate the use of top-shelf tequila to control said pain. And I will document any additional appendages or 3rd eye growth that might occur. I will also self-medicate should any pain occur as well....:)

So by my reckoning I should be feeling no pain by Saturday afternoon...:)

I'm honestly hoping that if there are any side effects they are gone by the time Monday rolls around. I've had tons of vaccines during my life especially when I was traveling overseas a lot and I never really had any bad side effects so I'm hoping this is the case with this vaccine as well.

I was finally able to secure a spot at a local HEB for our 89 year old family friend...Friday afternoon. I am hoping her sister is in town and can take her, otherwise, I'll drive her. It took me 30 minutes of constantly refreshing HEB's site, but I got her a spot!

You probably got the tail end of the temperature shelf life of the vaccine. No one asks about that or even questions it. They say 12 hours of use after they unfreeze and open up a packet of vaccine. So if they open the pack at7 am, and you get your shot at 6 pm, did you get a good dose or not? Does it decay in potency over time or does it realize, oops 12 hours, I'm nothing but saline now. P.S. you can still get the china flu even if you had the shot.

This is just patently untrue. You seem to question and ask about shelf life on every vaccine thread.

Good gosh between you and the pilot I don’t get why either of you go on living. Everything is going wrong, it’s all terrible...blah blah blah. Try to find some good in something, anything.

It is not. Just because you say it does not make it untrue. The storage requirements are stringent. I want to know if there is a decay rate of potency over time with the vaccine? That seems like a valid question to me. What do you have? Something Fauci said? I guarantee you it is not the same potency over time and does not go from100% to 0% at the 12 hour mark. Prove me wrong.

If you feel good about it, then there is some good I suppose.

"Probably", "No one asks...", "They say", "So if", "Does it". A statement founded in facts if there ever was one.

Bob, you said no one questions it. I said you seem to question it in every thread about Covid vaccines. You questioned it twice in this thread before I even quoted you. Hence, it is patently untrue that no one questions it, when you yourself question it seemingly in every Covid vaccine thread. Try to keep up.

Got second Moderna shot Tuesday. Arm didn't get a sore as it did on the first one. Was pretty tired for about 24 hours. Other than that, no side effects.
