Good time to fish one of the places stocked with Rainbow Trout ! Trout just love COLD weather!  Side Note: Do mind the cold but when temperatures get into the low twenties it's time to say home !

For those dye in the wool hard core anglers. Be careful traveling on the lake, water will freeze quickly on non carpeted decks as will the loading ramps .

I fished Saturday down here. Fished oxbow off the Trinity like I do 2 or 3 days a week. It was lower 40s air temp. Still caught them cranking like I have been. Water temp was 64 on Wednesday. I bet itโs low 50s now.
I can backlash toilet paper.
