I don't get the hatred for Scott Martin, yea, he's not a good ole boy and his dad was Roland, but he is one of the most successful pros out there. He made the Elites the hard way. The man can flat catch 'em No hate here at all. Just sayin he tries way too hard to be "cool" to get the 14-24 yr olds to subscribe. Kind of like me saying "Groovy" to my kids and expecting them to think I'm cool. LOL

Can’t believe people are questioning how good tournament fisherman the guy is I mean he has only won over 3 million but I guess he can’t catch em ....lol

Scott won 5 bass stringer with 30.xx and Todd won with big bass with a 8.4x IIRC.

The show was meh. Maybe I'm just getting old but Scott is a 50 yr old guy trying way to hard to appeal to the millennials & Gen Z's. Scott is a guy born on 3rd base and acts like he hit a triple. He's not acting; that's what happens when life has been given to you on a silver platter. And here is your early leader for 2021 Player Hater of the year award!

Find it funny how some here find hate on a professional angler who is a genius at marketing. Same haters probably brag to their neighbors that they are a guide and a tournament angler...

The guy has been one of the most consistent guys on tour. He has had to work at that, it is not happening because he is Roland's son. He got to learn from one of the best, so sure he started out ahead of most people, but I have never once seen him act like an entitled brat because of a famous father. Fish don't bite your lure because of your famous dad. He still has to pre-fish and then figure out how to catch them in tournaments and he has proven he can do that consistently.

Why hate on a guy that’s been able to win at ALL levels and be able to keep up with the changes in the industry? I know some older guys that can dang sure still catch’em, but haven’t adapted to the social media and marketing side of things. It takes money to fish, and the mew way to make money is to be on all media platforms. People don’t have to like it, but look at G-man. He’s done the same thing. Huge props to those guys foe being diverse and still leading the industry.
