Reported water temps 48.. Forty eight.. it was 70 a week ago.. Still some houses in Zapata w/o power.. Including mine..
Shop just came back online after four days..
I hear there are tilapia croaking all over.. Seen it before.. Locals scooping up the live ones..
They can't take this cold..
But neither can I!!
