The show was meh. Maybe I'm just getting old but Scott is a 50 yr old guy trying way to hard to appeal to the millennials & Gen Z's. Scott is a guy born on 3rd base and acts like he hit a triple. He's not acting; that's what happens when life has been given to you on a silver platter.

I don't get the hatred for Scott Martin, yea, he's not a good ole boy and his dad was Roland, but he is one of the most successful pros out there. He made the Elites the hard way. The man can flat catch 'em

The guy can definitely fish and i don't know how anyone could debate that. I've also never met him in person but have heard he's a great guy.
I think there's just a percentage of people on this forum (including me) that simply don't like or appreciate the youtube craziness or what used to a be a good 30 minute fishing show that is now 7% fishing and 93% ads, which is why someone has a TV show to begin with.

The man can flat catch 'em He started off fishing Co angler and won. Moved up to a boater and got his own sponsors independent of his father. Went on to have a top level career in FLW. Now puts everything on the line and qualifies for the Elites the hard way. I got plenty of respect for the man.
