on fishing an unknown lake in Texas with Hackney and they were killing it in the grass. Anyone watch it and recognize what lake it was?

Sure looked l8ke a power plant in the background. Also notice in the area they stayed in there wss no visible timber.

Just looked at the promo, definitely NOT Choke. That water was way too clear and the grass on the banks was way too green.


Are there any lakes in that Hooville ranch where he hunts?

Power plant lake. I’m sure there’s a lot of guys on here that are fishing it now, but he was there in the summer when water temps were 97. Fayette is the same way, fishing is great in the summer when it’s too hot for most fishermen and water reaches 100.

He specifically mentioned it was a public lake.

There are no trees like that in South Texas. Maybe it’s near Del Rio, I hear the trees are thick there too.... roflmao

Oh I know...and so does my prop shaft, but that pocket in particular is majority grass.
