I searched, but didn't find anything on this subject although I have a difficult time believing it hasn't been discussed.

Also, I wasn't sure where to post this so Bass fishing it is...

I want to get into making my own soft plastic baits, but don't even know where to being. Any ideas, pointers, links to good information on the subject?
I figure, I've got the time, now and it'd probably be pretty fun and maybe I can come up with a design no fish has ever seen.

I didn't lose him at the boat. I shook him off cause I didn't want my hands to get "fishy"

I started making lures a few years ago. Check out Worlds Worst Fishing on YouTube. It's probably the most info you can find on the Internet.

I used to pour worms and created tons of "secret" worms that worked. I used to have all sorts of melting pots, colors, glitters etc...Now I just save my used worms and throw them in a measuring cup and throw that cup in the microwave then pour it into a "Do-it" mold. The color normally comes out in a dark brown or a green pumpkin color which is great and I get to reuse baits. Other than nuk'n my old worms I've moved onto making A-Rigs now. Saving me a ton of money.
