Well fellas, if you didn’t fish today y’all missed out. Biggest was a 7.5 with a bunch of 4’s and a couple 5’s..... don’t know how to post pics or I’d share. That being said, next few weeks it’s fixing to get brutally tough in East Tx. What’s y’all’s thoughts on the weather change? Saw water temps up to 58 today and this time next week they will be back in 40s...... I feel like it’s going to be to be a pretty hard few weeks to catch a sack.

Tuesday was a good day to catch the big ones as well. Punching grass in 1-1/2 ft of water.

Statton...To load pics just click on the box that has the orange house with the blue up arrow (upload in line images) in the tool bar...then click on the "choose file" box...when you find your pics on you pc, click it or highlight it and then click the box "add file from your pc" ...after you do this you should see the images on the screen then hit the "all done" button. They should now be loaded and ready to preview or post reply...hope this helps...looking forward to seeing pics of your fish.

Yep. Hopefully will get out this weekend with the "decent" but cold weather. Probably gonna pass on the RHBC tournament next weekend with lows in the TEENS. DAMN SHAME too, serves me right for trying to schedule some PTO!

I think still it’s winter! And I think you forgot to say where you caught such a stringer! 🤔😁. Seriously though we have had a mild winter for sure. Reality is we just started February so a little winter is still left. Hope summer is as mild as winter has been so far!

Was looking at the forecast for Basschamps on Toledo Bend next weekend, 23 degrees at daylight should make that first 20 mile boat run extra enjoyable.... especially for my partner in a single console boat.

After the initial shock factor of the temp drop they’ll go right back to eating.

And of course I've committed to being a captain at a high school tournament next weekend. Only thing worse than fishing in 20 degree weather is sitting in a boat watching someone fish in 20 degree weather. Man I dread it. I hate the cold.

Buda...if you're interested, I have a SavePhace your partner could borrow so they don't freeze their retinas while running.

Welcome to the club...we have a HS tournament on 2/20 that's not looking fun if these temps stay low.
