I currently have a group 27 cranking battery. Is this enough power to run my 2 new Helix units and Mega 360?

Depends on whether you fish or ride around and for how long and what other accessories are operating, like livewell pumps.

Most go to a group 31 AGM so they can start the outboard after a long day.

Helix 12 CHIRP MEGA SI+ GPS G3N and G4N, 1198c SI, SOLIX 10 SI G3,
Helix 10 MEGA DI+ GPS G3N, SOLIX 12 SI and G3, MEGA 360, MEGA LIVE TL, RC-1

2 units, not 4. Other than livewells, no other accessories

Well if you are making excuses to stick with a group 27, I would suggest you carry jumper cables until you find out what your battery life is.
