Hey TFF, Spinnerbaits due to overall profile can be difficult to store and keep looking good in the boat so I posted a video a bit ago about the way I store Spinnerbaits for the boat and travel. Several ways to pack and stow them but this is my favorite so far. What ways work best for you all?

Thanks Jeff! Also appreciate your sharing what works for you, because tackle storage is such an ongoing process of refinement.
You've got some GREAT lakes in Iowa! Hope you have a great 2021!

Good video.
I've used other "binders" but not the ones in your video. I wasn't crazy about the ones I had because the canvas outer material would get wet and hold moisture. In addition, if water got inside the binder, it would stay there long enough to mildew or corrode the rings, eyelets or stiffener parts. I fish in the wind and rain so keeping stuff dry is a challenge. Those binders didn't help.
The binders you showed may be better by not having any metal parts or moisture absorbing fabric.

I have a 20g 1x1 angle iron strips mounted under my rod lids with an 1/8” hole drilled every 3/4”. I just hand em in there. They very seldom come off. Maybe one or two bounce just right a month. I can hold 50 spinners/chatters on there. Very easy to see all of them at the same time.

It's so crazy how as you get older you a lot of times completely change your ways. I used to have a binders for my spinnerbaits, soft plastics etc and would have a couple of compartments or more piled with tackle. Now days it is completely different. I pretty much have my tackle organized at home and take one tackle bag with me fishing that I have organized with everything I will need for that day instead of what I will use for a whole year. I now chunk Chatterbaits most of the time over Spinnerbaits but I have 1 rigged up and have 2 extra that I take on the boat with a bag of skirts and some different trailers although I pretty much use one 90% of the time. Same with the rest of my tackle where I have tubs full of everything I own organized into bags but before each practice or tournament I pull out what I need for that day and put it into my tackle bag. Just the way I roll these days.

I just use a square tupperware bowl with them in it. When i'm ready for one, I dump them out on the deck, pick out the one I want and just put the rest back in the bowl. Plain and simple and I don't notice the skirts getting dirty in it like you described. I don't put spinnerbaits back in it if they are still wet so I don't have a problem with hooks rusting. Spinner bait skirts don't bleed on each other so they remain the same color no mater what color the skirt is. Very easy set up.
