A cold and windy day proved to be challenging for most boats but teams still managed to bring in decent fish! We had 23 boats in attendance for our January 23 tournament at Lake Tawakoni. Congratulations to Kelly Langhorne and Jeremy Collins in 1st Place with an 11.39 lbs bag and to Nicholas Gilman, our Big Bass winner at 5.17 lbs. We would also like to extend a big welcome to our 7 new teams who have signed up this year so far!
We have two tournaments in February. We have Palestine on Saturday 2/27 followed by Athens on Sunday 2/28. These tournaments are separate, so you can fish one or both. Our next meeting will be at Delaney's on Monday, 2/22.
In more good news, there is still time to join Mckinney Bass Club and fish with us in the 2021 season.
