 Incredible Transformation!

Coworkers work truck was stolen from a hotel in San Antonio last Thursday about 3:30 PM. Took them a little over a minute to steal it. Some how the BP found it and chased the dudes onto a ranch around Uvalde.....on Sunday. These cats put in some work! Fords are being stolen all over the metroplex right now. They are super fast! Professional group stealing fords right now. We watched the dude steal it on video. In broad daylight.....pulled up to the truck, walked up to it, got back in the car, got right back out, jumped in the truck and took off. Minute and a half tops.

I’d seriously consider putting in a hidden kill switch on these vehicles. The Ford drivers side door handle and ignition systems are just too easy to bypass.
Cheap,easy, effective solution
Or just pull the fuel pump injection relay and keep it with you (don’t lose it)

I'm surprised that Ford hasn't done much of anything to curb the theft of their vehicles. Fords are the easiest trucks to break into.
Back when I had mine, I disconnected all of the linkage on the inside of the door to the door lock. Bastages tore the heck out of my doors and handles trying to get in after I did but never got in.
I even remember leaving a walkie talkie type radio in the truck at night with another by my bedside. So when there was a bang on the door I would hear it (usually around 2a - 3a).

Alarms are worthless. They will either just pull the alarm fuse or pop the hood and cut one wire.
Pet rattle cotton viper on the passenger seat is very effective though

I used to travel through that area on a regular basis. And others down south. I remember several times passing BP's as much as 15 - 20 mph over the speed limit. I was talking to one of them at a stop station and told him about it. He simply said "We know what we're looking for".

When mine got stolen the Detective said they have a code reader/scrambler that they can put up to that key pad entry and unlock the truck. Unfortunately they found where my spare key was hidden inside the cab and just drove off. Found it a few days later in pancake house parking lot next door to the hotel we were staying at. No damage done just everything missing inside.
