Humper?

A "low lifer" is a fan of Luke Dunkin and his traveling circus

Come on man, have you not seen LD and the MC? If not, you have got to check it out. It’s Dunkin and Mercer, it is hilarious. Funniest podcast going, those 2 have a great comical presence together.
They named their fans “humpers”, because they have their podcast on hump day. I wasn’t a big fan of Mercer before, but I am now, the guy is hilarious.

He could've just said something positive about NPFL, but he had to get a dig on FLW. thumb

I’m switching over to NPFL this year from FLW/MLF. As an angler I think there are some things to like about it for sure:
More on the water cameras, not every event will be during the spawn, everyone fishes 3 days, 125 max field instead of 200 anglers & a schedule more spread out over the year so it’s easier to work a real job too.

If everything is so great with the other leagues there would be no need to trash a certain one. welcome

Good luck!

It will be interesting. Hope it works out for the angers and the fans. More professional fishing is good.

Good luck this year.
I have heard a lot of good things about about the ownership group and the way they are trying to set things up.

I know, right? The only two topics I’ve started recently have been about BASS and NPFL, yet the MLF fan boys are all in it carrying the water for them.

I think there heads will explode if I start a thread that’s MLF themed.

I think the ownership group for NPFL are some really smart people with the ability to recognize the writing on the wall long before many. They are industry insiders and have that perspective, and using that wisdom positioned themselves to capitalize on things when one of the other entities fail. They understand that BASS is the big stage and show, but also know FLW played an important role too, and will be there for some of those guys once the slow motion train wreck comes to its conclusion.

I just hope they get their administrative ducks in a row soon and publish some sort of qualification criteria for going forward so they aren’t being viewed as a “buy a pro” title type of circuit. To get things up an running they needed to do what they did to vet anglers and fill the field, but, once the dust settles from the pending humongous implosion, they need to be able to move in quickly and sweep up the components needed to form a legitimate feeder system.
