Looks great! I use the Louisiana Beer Batter pack. Never tried the blue box. Probably about the same.

Looks great! I use the Louisiana Beer Batter pack. Never tried the blue box. Probably about the same. They are so similar I think they are the very same.

My initial reaction was revulsion. Crappie are cooked in corn meal. The more I think about it though, the more Iām warming up to the idea. That actually looks like a good change of pace.

I used pancake mix and club soda once to get a LJS-type batter - was pretty similar as I recall.

Wife is using the new air fryer as I speak. She chose fish.
It smells good. We shall see...
This is first shot at anything on this fryer...
