Gonna be fishing at Lake Texana in a couple of weekends and was wondering how effective chumming would be this time of year. Anybody have any pointers? Thanks.

We use range cubes year round. 14% Creep Feed has been working well also

Get the 3/4 inch , 20% range cubes. Just toss them out. They will sink. Current depends how fast they last. Can put in bucket with holes or put in mesh laundry bags to make them last longer. Can get the bags cheap at dollar stores. Work good for throw away if not going to be there long.
Lot of threads on this if interested.
Shad love them too, and shad brings big fish.
Good luck.
