 iPhone 10 black screen problem

I'm having trouble with my iPhone 10 screen going black during phone calls. "Press 1 for this, press 2 for that " can't be done if the screen is black and unresponsive. I've tried everything I could find on the internet (hard reboot, cleaned phone and installed a new screen protector (it's in an Otterbox). All ios updates have been done. Y'all got any ideas? thanks

Same thing has happened to my 6s its even whole screen went black after a minute or to it wouod come back on and my battery would go from 70+/-% to leas than 5% but i have a bad battery but it has done some funky stuff and after apple has started censoring conservatives im done with apple products and i know google is same but bougjt me an Samsung galaxy A51 droid 5G.
So reboot it. at least weekly or so then maybe contact apple support they (may) know. Good luck
