Crock Pot - Pinto beans with spicy pork Loin from the freezer. I told my wife, this stuff needs more Beans.

Cooked all night and should be done by Lunch, with jalapeño corn bread and rice.

Pretty much, I make a pot of beans or cabbage she will count every bowl I eat. After the 3rd bowl she starts in about me doing that on purpose. It's hard to enjoy your food under scrutiny like that.

After a couple of hours your wife is probably glad you did not have more beans. I had bacon wrapped Backstrom cooked rare with long grain and wild rice.
