Not sure what their orientation is but I saw these out of the corner of my eye yesterday along a city street. All the other iris next store neighbor and around the neighborhood are still dormant. I know we have had a mild winter but this seems wrong for January. Right out in the open along the street and several areas around this business, not protected from the cold. Oh well. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2021/01/full-77639-82529-1202445f_352b_4da5_aafa_860d65c61250.jpeg)

My bluebonnets germinate in the fall. I have to wait until early June to mow them. The city made a neighbor put a border around hers. So far they have not bothered me.
