Ha. Any time you add brown gravy to a pic it looks like shiite. The jury (my Wife and daughter), actually unanimously approved of the final product. I deviated much from the original recipe. Shredded the pork loin which gave us the opportunity to add the gravy (Au Jous whatever) to our pork and garlic mashed taters as we saw fit. Some "Glory" brand green beans as well. Good, but I won't be cooking this again. Prefer smoked pork etc. Cheers!
