Love the Lindale area. Good folks out that way. mark is there a particular neighborhood there that is a must see? I've driven around a little bit in the area and didn't really see anything that fired me up but I had no idea where I was looking at the time...….

Going to meet Bob in the van in a parking lot for a transaction. True story...I had to drive from Richardson to a parking lot in downtown Lindale on a Saturday morning to buy a saddle for a friend in Houston. No van, just her pickup and my Jimmy.

I prefer Mineola a little bit better but I just enjoy that part of Texas a lot. Good people, hard working and friendly. Close to Longview, Tyler and even Dallas if you need big city amenities.

Those are my same thoughts. Like Mineola....

I wish I had know you were coming, it would have been great to meet you. We could have gone to Collin Street Bakery and shared a muffin.

One of the true wonders of the world is in that area, Frank the Tank.

I wish I had know you were coming, it would have been great to meet you. We could have gone to Collin Street Bakery and shared a muffin. Actually went to pick up a S&W 629-1 4". It was in fabulous shape. 3 hour 10 minute drive from my house after negotiating the 4 miles of dirt road where they were actively logging. Usually it is the shortcut way out to US 69 but took 15 minutes and lengthened my day some. The guy I met had driven down from up around Paris. A really good guy it seemed.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.
