Big thing in the South I think. We had a customer in the small town of Sommerville, AL. They were about our age with kids and grandkids. She had been making chocolate gravy for her kids for many years, and even though they were grown, married with kids, they still came by the house every morning for the biscuits and chocolate gravy.

I tried it once, and it was OK, but it made my coffee taste funny.

There used to be a few buffet type restaurants that had those, and after seeing kids do the same thing I never even thought about dining there again.

Truth be told, Covid has killed more chocolate fountains than it has killed people.

I love chocolate, probably above all else, but I do not want/mix it in my foods.

I always get it when I go to Searcy, Arkansas. I wish I knew some places around here that had it.

Cream gravy with sausage and heavily peppered is what I thought the south was all about when we're talking gravy for bisquits.
