Are they welded inside and out? Yes Sir! This one is all 3/8 inside and out. i would be proud to say i did that so does the round tube come like that already round in 1 piece? Use to build vacuum tubes back in the day for the super conducting super collider.

I was really getting used to 40 hours a week lol.
