Not unless there are federal law enforcement officers cruising around the lake checking. I’m “generally” compliant with rules and regulations(mandates) but when common sense has to get in the way....I’m no longer responsible for my actions.😁. The order is for inside of “federal buildings”. I suppose if can you find a lake inside of a federal building then it may apply.

When did the COE not be under FEDERAL orders?

It says in compliance with “CDC guidelines”... so it’s really a no brainer, and most privately owned businesses and buildings already require it and have for many months. But for those of you who don’t know what the basics are of the CDC guidelines are, here is a refresher. I don’t think fishing out on a lake would be considered being in a large crowd, but you never know.

Does Texas Parks and wildlife patrol COE waters ?
Who patrols and makes regulations for Amistad and Meredith ? Both of these lakes are National Parks .. The Governor has no jurisdiction over Amistad when the Feds shut her down.
