I don't know anyone around the Houston area, so I did them myself. Took about 2 hours total. You can also buy pre-made ones online.

I would call one of the local boat dealers and see them if they know anyone.

Be safe,

What year and which BassCat? I found out the boards on my old 2005 Cougar were not standard 2X6. They are slightly narrower. If you use straight 2X6 boards it will be a very tight fit between the boards/carpet and chines. Carpet will tear real easy. Just make sure you measure to confirm width. Have not replaced my boards on my 2012 Cougar (yet).

I had a buddy tell me recently that Trex Deck material is becoming more popular on boat trailers since they are weatherproof and don’t require carpet. Has anyone tried this?

I did my own, I routered my edges round then used gutter down spout on them. easy peasy and should last a life time now, carpet sucks.

No you cant use deck boards, they wont support any weight, they will break, you would have to put a backer under them, steel or alum strip etc.

Caliber bunk wrap has been great on my trailer. Wraps the treated wood and comes w rounded end caps.

Basscat stopped using a similiar product on their bunks, they were damaging the hull. Just use carpet...

fish yep did my BC trailer bunks myself, this summer. Mine is for 95 p2.There were 4 bunks[ 2 short&2 longer] If memory is correct, the short ones arel less than 5 1/2 w. didnt take too long. You can order quality carpet from C. E. Smith. or go to Bass pro.

If you ever get to Lake Fork, there is a guy that will replace them while you are on the water. He leaves his info on my windshield a lot. He launches you, takes the trailer and comes back to take you out when you are ready. I haven't used him but some guys on here have.
