They are slightly narrower. If you use straight 2X6 boards it will be a very tight fit between the boards/carpet and chines. Carpet will tear real easy. Just make sure you measure to confirm width. Have not replaced my boards on my 2012 Cougar (yet).

Jeff From Iowa Extreme Angler J Joined: Jan 2018 Posts: 2,561	I did my own, I routered my edges round then used gutter down spout on them. easy peasy and should last a life time now, carpet sucks. No you cant use deck boards, they wont support any weight, they will break, you would have to put a backer under them, steel or alum strip etc.

Mine is for 95 p2.There were 4 bunks[ 2 short&2 longer] If memory is correct,the short ones arel less than 5 1/2 w. didnt take too long. You can order quality carpet from C. E. Smith. or go to Bass pro.

He launches you, takes the trailer and comes back to take you out when you are ready. I haven't used him but some guys on here have.
