Nice overall but a couple of things to consider. The spring and summer water views with foliage will not be as good as the winter views shown in the image gallery. See if they have images with spring or summer views so you can see the comparison. If you own the trees not a big deal because you can manage the view but always consider trees and lake front property owners that can block your view down the road.

Possible things that deserve a closer look -

Image 12, the ceiling appears to have water damage over the round table
Image 16, near fan, appears to be ceiling repair
Image 22, garage appears to be below grade so make sure water runoff isn't a problem.
Image 24, garage ceiling appears to have a leak with some water on the loft floor

Check the roof on the garage, it either has a leak or has in the past as you can see water damage on the decking and the floor of the storage. Nice looking place, the view is awesome.

$230/sq. ft. seems a bit high to me, but that may be market value there for waterfront property. That plus the already mentioned updates to both inside and outside will only drive that cost up.

Best land setup so far if the drive to the pier stays in good shape. Best views with the deck and the dock of all the properties you've posted here.

Don't like the house as much. Good sunroom. Back porch too "rustic". Kitchen /den large combo room is pretty bland. In fact all the inside amenities are bland. Back decking wood may have very little life left. Turquoise paint belongs more in Laredo or McAllen and would have to go 1st.

You're obviously spending $230/sq. ft. for those views which are million dollar views.
