Now let's address this A1 business. If you're at someone's house and they didn't spring for the good stuff, they over cooked the craap out of it or they are one of those people that think the flavor of beef needs to be altered with some bizarre marinade, you get a free pass on the A1. But at home with a nice fillet or ribeye cooked rare plus to medium rare, reaching for the A1 is like the colonial days of slapping another man in the face with your fancy gloves. We must now go outside and duel to the death!

Brown Gravy or Cream Gravy?
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anyone south of Kansas put brown gravy on CFS.

I was reluctant, but her goes. From the pics I've seen, Derek's yard is not that pretty.

Brow gravy is superior to cream gravy on pretty much any food other than biscuits and eggs.

And since this is a confession thread, I like to crumble my biscuits first, then float the eggs and biscuits in as much gravy as can be held on the plate.
