Love instant noodles... really all noodles. But yeah, they are garbage food as relates to health. One could argue cheeseburgers are better for you.
And good lord man, those are super high in sodium even for instant noodles. What flavor is that you have there?

And good lord man, those are super high in sodium even for instant noodles. What flavor is that you have there?

Never tried that one. Its higher in cals and sodium than most of them, and most are already high... I bet they are hella good though.
I like to eat those for breakfast which people think is nuts. When I was in Asia, it was very common for folks to eat noodles for breakfast. Least it was in Vietnam and Indonesia. Sometimes with an egg, sometimes not. They are filling, tasty, cheap and get you nice and carb loaded for the day.
