We were in Academy in Rockwall yesterday. The ammo shelves were barren. I asked the clerk, do you ever get any ammo into the store. He said, yes on Mondays and Thursdays. He said on those days there is a line of people out into the parking lot at 5 am in the morning. When the doors open, ALL OF THE AMMO is gone in 10 minutes. These are probably the scalpers who are buying it up and reselling it. Capitalism. Go figure.

I have a semi-sane friend who is a retired SOF type guy and his solution to this ammo problem is simple.....He knows all the people that have been stocking up, cause they brag about it and don't keep their mouths shut, and he says when the world ends he'll just swing by their place and pickup all the ammo left after they are dead. Harsh but eminently practical in a morbid way. Oh and you can't find .22 ammo around here very often. Got a couple of boxs just because I swung by cabellas to buy some hooks and checked the ammo aisle.

If they knew about Dragonmans full auto conversions their heads might explode.
