 250 optimax issues

2015 250 pro xs. Acts like it’s running out of gas after running a while at mid to high rpms. 200 hours. Shop says not acting up in the tank so they want to lake test. Any ideas??
My 4th optimax, 2 were bulletproof and 2 were not. This one will probably be my last Merc...

Compression check.
Bad gas. Test for water.
Change fuel filter, supply hose and primer bulb.

+2 on T Bird recommendation. My OptiMax is a few years older than yours - was having similar issues; I replaced the primer bulb, removed the add-on external fuel filter (installed by prior owner), new fuel filter and plugs...she's back to running like new.

I would suggest posting on 3.0L Merc forum on Bass Boat Central. Moderator is a Mercury dealer is South Carolina who is always willing to help.
