Maybe POTUS shouldn’t have ordered the USPS to destroy a lot of high speed sorting machines

I had a mailing from Rusk to Jacksonville TX ,( 15 miles) it was my monthly mailing to my accountant,

It show up 2 weeks later, ( after I had hand delivered a copy of everything) All my accounting is now hand delivered,

We get pics from the post office of what mail is getting delivered on that day. I never knew of this service till we moved to Bedford from Ft Worth. So yesterday there was a pic of our Stimulus check along with all the other bills and junk mail. Guess which one did not show up? Caught the mailman on his way back down the street. Explained I have the pic right here. Needless to say he didn’t have it on his truck.

Unions drive up the cost of goods, and reward lazy behavior. They suck and have outlived their usefulness.

I ordered something from Atlanta and it took 15 days to make it to me. I can drive there in 10 hours so I have no idea what they did with the package for more than two weeks. Similar delays for items coming from New York or New Jersey with 15 - 19 days being the normal delivery time

That probably happened because your letter carrier did not look at each letter like they are supposed to.

Almost 90% of your mail is sorted on a machine prior to your carrier seeing it.
When they get the mail it’s in delivery order. If you normally get 5 or more pieces of mail daily the carrier just found your first and last letter and assumed the rest was yours.
Normally a route that gets 3000 pieces of sorted mail daily will have 20 pieces that are mis sorted by the machine. It can be mail that may have a bad scanning number or just sorted wrong by the machine.

Just got a text from Bank of America saying postal delays will impact receipt of year-end statements and tax forms. Seems to be a systemic problem throughout the postal service.

I just had a Christmas card returned, It said undeliverable. Addressed to the same people I have been sending cards to for 30 yrs.

Called them and they still get their mail at that PO box. It took about 30 days. Town is 50 miles from here.

Packaged shipped to me in Frisco from Livingston, TX on December 23rd. Tracking only shows that the post office in Livingston has "acceptance pending" it on December 23rd. Hopefully I get it sometime.

Unions still suck!!!! Why does UP have the same union as truckers when they compete for business?

Unions really suck!!!!!! Tyler Pipe requires metatarsal guards on boots which is above and beyond OSHA requirements which should be covered by employer but their sleezy union didn't want to fight for the employee and now the employee has to pay for safety boots.

I don't understand how any company in a right to work state has a union.

I placed an order day before yesterday to Midway and paid extra to get straight UPS.
I’ve had it with that UPS/USPS hand-off carp.
