I fished the point of Yankee creek on Ray Hubbard Saturday 1-4pm before the cold front. Got to try out my Piranhamax DI. I definitely like the down imaging. It is far from being great but it definitely gives me more confidence in what I'm fishing. Fished some submerged timber 20-28 FOW. Jigs. No bites. Still enjoyed being on the l lake.

I fished also on the same day came up with the same results. Ray Hubbard's crappie bite is tough. looking forward to spring. Good luck out there.

I'm new to crappie fishing and to being captain. I inherited my boat from my dad. We would exclusively bass fish. With Ray Hubbard being my closest lake, time constraints, kids yada yada yada... I'm trying to become a better crappie and sand bass fisherman. My 11yo daughter loves fishing. So, I'm trying to learn the lake and her inhabitants. I mostly report on the non bite days. Lol.

Yes sir. Watch & watching Tommy and others. Definitely jealous over the livescope guys! I'll get better. I think last year i spent more time under the cowling than above it lol
