I purchased the outdoor carpet from Home Depot and it's lasted me a long time.

I used Home Depot recently when I redid all my bunks. Worked great and seemed to be the thickest while still being workable

are you doing a glass or aluminum boat?. If an old aluminum just skip the carpet. I would never skip the carpet on a fiberglass boat, but I do see a lot of the striper guides at Texoma don't carpet their bunks even on glass boats.

Look on-line or go to a store and look at some bunk carpet.
Then just pick you out some at the Home Depot that looks similar.

Option #2
The cheapest stuff

I bought some online for the side bumps and used Home Depot grey outdoor carpet for the bottom runners 2x10x16.
Used 3M spray adhesive and staples.
Guesstimated wrong on one bottom runner. I had hell getting there freshly installed but too short carpet back off but finally did
I used the other price i had bought and completed the task.
