Any idea? Surely they are, 300+ folks all in one place. One restroom, etc.. Didn’t the Corp have input on these large tournaments?

Be safe.

Only if the weather causes angler safety issues. They have the launch down like an art form. It will go much quicker and smoother than many smaller events.

Wish I could get off work to fish it as I was looking forward to it.

Pretty sure it's back to normal unless bad weather as always. I wish they'd trailer myself with so many tournaments on the lake Saturday

There will only be about 800 boats on the lake Saturday. Plenty of water to fish, I bet if you dunked your head under water mid lake you can hear every rattle trap being used.

National Anthem, numbered takeoffs, and flighted weigh in times... that’s real tournament fishing!!

Yup and the fish in about 10 percent of the grass. I was hoping that front would roll in early....

The FLW was rough last week on launching, and its usually pretty smooth. Think it was because everyone had to come in and sign waivers in the morning.

Hope it goes more smooth then the previous week.

I'll be there guess I'll run up and launch @ Caney.

Talked to the tournament director a couple of days ago regarding weigh in and crowds and was told they were going to try it back to the good old fashioned normal way!!!! As far as trailering goes - it is like the above posts mentioned... trailering only happens when the weather is bad and is dangerous.

No doubt on the rattle trap statement. I bet it sounds like a swarm of bees. Was down there last week and I've never seen so many traps being thrown in all my life. I bet those fish can name every brand and model by sight or sound at this point.

She was tough today. 291 teams and 65th place was only 12lbs. 26 to win. Atleast a 13 was caught. Lake is taking a beating.

Saw a few guys coming S on 59 around 5 today, figured thats where they had been. Spoke to a customer fishing with his son in a HS tourney this morning told me it was like wash day on the Ganges out there this morning everywhere.
