I live on 10-acres. Named my ranch after my late grandfathers. Mine is Nipple Valley Ranch as his was Nipple Valley Farm. I want to check this place out. It may be of interest to me.

Our family ranch in Wyoming is named after my great grandfather’s ranch he had in Gunnison, Utah way back in the day. We still have his original cattle branding irons.

call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

Lazy K & Rocking B Ranch
On another note my late FIL and his late FIL owned 40 acres on the Cypress river. FIL last name was Winn and his FIL was Dodson. They called it WD-40. I always laughed about the that name.
