Apparently, cleaning toilets is a shared responsibility? I mentioned the toilets need cleaning and SHE said I could do it. I said toilets was her department and then added, “would you like to mow the yard and maintain the pool and hot tub?” Didn’t go over well. I don’t think she’s speaking to me right now. Not sure. Awfully quiet round here.

I cleaned toilets once with her pampered chef brush once and she has not asked me again,,, think man , loofah works well too

So many of you “men” on here need to learn scene control. In my house I take care of the yard, pool, take out the trash, etc. If the toilets need cleaned that’s her role. If she has a problem with it she can go get a free ride somewhere else.

I have people that do some of that stuff and the main reason I do not have a costly hole in my yard.

I clean mine, she cleans hers.

We don't have any "departments" around here. If it needs to be done, one of us does it.

This, we share most of the choirs with the exception of mowing and cooking. I do most of the cooking, she does the baking of deserts and most importantly does 90% of the mowing of our 5+ acres.

Not so much genius....

I don't do it to suit my somewhat anal about cleaning wife.....
