It has been tough on several lakes including my home lake, most would run to another lake where they have heard reports of good catches but I'm just to hard headed for that. I'm stayng on my local lake and on top of that the toughest crappie catching lake period, you learn so much more putting the time in making changes and plain ole figuring them out. Check out the steps I take to get a nice box of fish during this time when even the ole timers that live on the lake feel the crappie went on vacation..... Good stuff SK! Just gotta keep working to find the fish, those that will bite and the right bait.
