Just wondering if they are Mozambique?

This was in Texas gov publication...

In Texas, stocking of Mozambique tilapia does not require a permit from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Blue or Nile tilapia require an exotic species permit, and are not to be used for recreational pond stocking.

Thanks

My impression was they are blue tilapia but could be wrong.

Texas Parks and Wildlife consider most of the tilapia in Texas public waters to be blue tilapia. In reality, most of them have some level of hybridization with Nile tilapia. They are also hybridized with other species of tilapia. There are some really interesting looking hybrid tilapia out there.
