I’m not a good winter bass fisherman. We have a 15 acre lake at the ranch that at full pool is 40ft deep at max. We stocked Camelot’s 6 yrs ago and in the last 3 yrs have caught 11 over 10lbs with the largest at 11-3. I don’t know how many in the 7-9 range. Right now is the time to start catching them at their fattest. What baits would you fish targeting trophy fish in winter

Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

You will need a translator. I majored in fish translation with a minor in private lake bass language.

I had one come unbuttoned last Feb that I swear was in the 13-14lb range. So close (3-4ft from me) but so far away. Stuck her on a falcon red rage craw

That seems like the most popular suggestion lol

I had one come unbuttoned last Feb that I swear was in the 13-14lb range. So close (3-4ft from me) but so far away. Stuck her on a falcon red rage craw It is crazy how much weight those CB bass can attain in 5 years with the right amount of forage. We've seen legit 12# five year old fish that started as a Fingerling from one 35 acre lake in Texas. A friend of mine put 12 Wolf Pack bass between 3 - 5.5 pounds in his 10 yr old lake near Hugo OK in spring of 2017. He measured, weighed and tagged each fish as it went into his lake. He already had tons of coppernose bluegill & shad in his lake. He also had good genetics in his lake prior to putting the dozen WP bass in there. This year he has landed 10 fish between 10 & 13.25 pounds. Bob Lusk shocked up a 13.50 last Oct. People do not realize how critical it is to have the right genetics & tons of food to grow a 10 pound fish much less a dozen over 10# in 6 years like you have done. Lusk said he has seen folks literally pour money into their lakes and never produce a bass over 8 pounds. He emphasized how important it was to have the right genetics to grow bass of the proportions you have done. Congrats on that!!
