Good story. I got into fly fishing a few years ago after buying a kayak to go after bass. Not that a bass boat isn’t fun but there’s something about sight casting and being able to stalk fish while wading or out of a kayak that appeals more to me. While I haven’t specifically gone after them yet I definitely wouldn’t turn my nose up at a big carp

Awesome video. Carp are GREAT FIGHTERS. I can only imagine the fight on a fly rod!
