I had an issue where the same one failed repeatedly. Finally had an electrician come and there was a loose wire in one of the light fixtures in the bathroom that was causing it. Sounds like you have a wiring problem somewhere to keep having them go belly up.

All replies much appreciated. I still have one failed breaker, so I have decided try and send it to Eaton for testing. If it's bad, then I will feel reasonably certain that I don't have a wiring problem. And maybe I will get a warranty replacement.
