Lol, mashed potatoes made with real cream is the big selling point When I was about 14, my parents divorced and mom and I had to dumpster dive for coupons out of the local recycling bins every Monday. Back then the stores would double coupons up to .75 and triple up to .50 (sometimes they would double 1.00 coupons). Mom would sort through all the coupons, match them to the ads and whatever she could get the cheapest, or for free, that's what we'd eat. We ate a lot of the Banquet meals back then. They were not meals fit for a banquet. I ain't even certain it was real food, much less real cream.

They got the name right...the texture was the same as concrete.

Had my first one last week.....the big pile of onions made it edible. On the other hand, Popeyes Classic Chicken Sandwich is about the best ‘fast food’ sandwich around.

I had one today and it was great. There's a GREAT hamburger place down in Meridian called Morgan Street Burgers. Best burgers around...but not sure if you'd classify a burger as a sandwich, although we ate a lot of burgers (and hotdogs) using sandwich bread for the bun...

When we were first married and living in San Angelo my wife decided to prepare Chef Boyardee in can. I told her never to put that XXXX in a can on the table again
