As we use more lures from different sources, over time we can't help but find certain lures that outperform - even those in the same design category. What this says to me is that
fish are picky at times and only certain things about a lure will provoke them to strike. As you try different lures and find some that do far better, the reason they do better comes down to
lure action which is everything and is dependent on a lure's characteristics]. Find a good action based on a particular combination of shape, size, weight, etc. as well as a presentation/ retrieve that makes it work and that's all I need to value a lure superior !

In the right place at the right time they will eat anything. its the rest of the time I get humbled

iThe original french fry did it for me.

Even better is when you let your buddy have the same lure you have and you catch 16 to his 2!

I write my own posts based on experience and making/ catching fish on some of my own lures.

Confidence makes a good lure great....period
