The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

Fished the main lake yesterday afternoon for about 4 hours. 53 degrees at I-30 and 52.1 at the dam.

Caught one fish yesterday, a 9.63 on a jig in 12’.

I debunked the “it’s slower, but usually one or two good bites” theory. I caught one fish yesterday, on three lakes. It was 9.63 also! INCHES.

No pic, fishing by myself. My skeeter’s board goes up to 18” and best guess is it was between 23-24”.

I caught a 10.5 in the spring that was barely 22”, this fish was longer and not quite as thick as that one. That’s my 4th fish in my life over 9 with 1 DD. I’ve got about 10 more to catch my buddy Fire Plug Doug!

A 10.5 that barely went 22? Dang. Post a pic. I want to see that fish. Had to have been a beast.
